Regional Show
The NW Trend Show is a regional apparel tradeshow serving the Pacific Northwest area, specifically Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia. Because of our regional scope, we do not accept exhibitors who do not have a U.S. address, with the exception of Canadian exhibitors.

Type of Show
Exhibitors at the NW Trend Show are primarily independent sales representatives, many of which carry a number of apparel or accessory lines. In addition, we welcome manufacturers to exhibit directly at our show. The majority of their customers are independent retailers, such as boutiques, gift shops, small-town department stores, catalog businesses, etc. This is an “order-writing” show, where the product is shipped at a later date directly from the manufacturer, not “cash and carry,” where buyers take product from the exhibitor at the show. It is also appointment-driven, so we recommend calling ahead for appointments, using the buyer list sent out to new exhibitors

Facility
The Pacific Market Center located at 6100 4th Ave S. located just minutes south of downtown Seattle. The NW Trend Show will be occurring on the 3rd floor of this unique building offering everything from gift items to housewares.

Cost
Booths are constructed of pipe and drape backs provided by the in house decorator, Triumph. You can bring your own rolling racks and booth set up or rent racks, tables and chairs from the decorator.

Booth Assignment
An exhibitor’s booth location is determined by several factors:

A booth assignment committee from the Pacific Northwest Apparel Association, which produces the NW Trend Show, assigns locations approximately 2 months prior to the show.
